  1. 15:19 OBJECTION! in the John Cena example his sales contract with Ford Motor company did not bind the downstream purchasers either, meanwhile a Rarible NFT gives a percentage of each resale to the original artist due to the software inhabiting all the nodes on the Ethereum blockchain. It sounds like there may be no legal way to bind parties out of privity with the original sales contract but the Rarible NFTs have solved that problem using software.

  2. 11:36 ECR-720 NFTs are on ethereum - so the smartcontract program can have perks that are unrevokable. Eg Beeple artworks on chain give a cut of each resale when sold because of the smartcontract program itself. nobody can stop this because it is written into the program that executes on every node on the Ethereum Blockchain.
