  46. Yeah the nuclear part of Tomahawk is what makes everyone nervous, and that is why they wanted to keep that particular genie in the bottle. If you even suspect that the enemy IRBM has a nuclear tip you'd want your own nuclear tomahawk on a truck to "burn down the forest to kill a flea" before that flea can poison your whole population.

People will spend their pesos and hoard dollars for their taxes. In a year, dollars will be the only thing left in circulation as currency and pesos will litter the streets.
