  1. 3:10 you could use Gresham's Law: good money drives out bad. You accept taxes paid only in USD, but keep the taxes moderate - then you print the peso into oblivion in one last spending spree. People will spend their pesos and hoard dollars for their taxes. In a year, dollars will be the only thing left in circulation as currency and pesos will litter the streets.
