@RayRayReddington the traditional solution to corruption is colonialism: corruption means your tax money earmarked for defense is stolen to buy luxuries, so the country is left without defense capabilities. Defenceless countries get conquered and then colonised and they embark on a thousand year journey of colonial rule which will educate the population on how bad it is to not have a strong defense. If they don’t learn, they repeat the lesson.
