  3. 6:36 during globalization the "national security" and "big business" factions formed the Military-Industrial Complex and they were the 800lbs gorilla of foreign policy. They performed miracles: to the point where we can drone strike anybody we can name; and we can take a wafer of sillicon dioxide, lithograph a drawing on it and zap it with lightning to make it do math. Now we have decentered them and taken away their voice. This is analogous to pre-ww2 Japan just before the period known as "government by assassination" where the imperial japanese business faction and military factions saw they had lost access to the industrial inputs they needed due to the leaders policies and started killing prime ministers until they got one who was willing to launch the war. Do we really want there to be a political climate where the Military-Industrial Complex does not have a political party to call its own? A riot is the voice of the unheard.
