  3. I was keeping a close eye on the shelling of the nuclear power plants. If either side can breach the biological shield they can use the plant as a dirty bomb to create an irradiated exclusion zone to shape the battlefield. Then you can use tactical nukes in the irradiated area to destroy river crossing engineering units and other high value assets. Any nuclear retalliation from NATO would be confined to the irradiated zone because the zone is already irradiated so what's the big deal. I call it the "just the tip babe" theory of limited nuclear war.
