@langdons2848 it's not that the soil isn't being destroyed by incredibly destructive farming practices. Its that anything we do is too little and too late to avoid the kinds of historic and destabilizing famines and horrific mass death in vulnerable populations that are required to make these regions ripe for mercantile imperial resource extraction. Mercantile resource extraction and predatory colonial practices are the order of the day once globalism goes away.
