  1. have you seen the startup called "Lightcell" they want to burn fuel to heat sodium and then use a highly tuned solar panel which is crazy efficient at that specific sodium emission peak wavelength. What if you made a chemical rocket which burned a fuel and then scavenged heat using thermovoltaic cells or sodium light emission and pv cells, and then put the energy back into the rocket exhaust using an Induction Thermoelectric Engine.
