The transient tepmorary world was created by Krishna secifically so that the soul can experience good and bad - because the absoulute infinite god - soul is beyond such an experience. The meaning of the above statement is that a all knowing perfect divine being cannot feel emotions like doubt because it is all knowing. It is only in this te.porary illusory world can each soul, which is a subset of the god soul, feel truimph or defeat, because in this wotld in each birth, the individual spul is neither all knowing nor all encompassing. This is like saying everyone is a npc in the dream of a higher divine being - and each individual soul has the freedom to act as it sees fit. But no soul is free of the consequences of its actions, the fruits of ones actions are received in this life or another. The end goal of Hinduism is not eternal paradise but rather rejoining the god-soul. Every soul has a choice either to pursue that goal or to chase lesser goals one birth after another in this transient illusary world...
