  2. @Abc Cba the land belongs to India. Not to me but to India. If you want to exercise your right and freedom, first ask pakistan to remove its forces from PoK. Then the plebiscite may be conducted in the entire territory. If you dont want that peaceful resolution, then the current type of settlement is the only way. I care about the muslims of kashmir valley just as much as they cared for the kashmir pundits in 1991. Your right and freedoms is not enough to bully the nation or dictate terms to your liking. The nation is above any individual or any section of society. But you are free to leave the nation, you are not free to break the nation.

It is after european sanction on russian oil that europe started outbidding India in middle eastern oil markets while russia was at a loss of customers. Meanwhile applying the same logic, women should also be allowed to do puja, become imams in mosques and pastors in churches. Any equal application of UCC will benefit hindus more than any abrahamic religion. It is to be noted however that UCC is about individual rights of marriage and inheritance , not the management of religious institutions. Seperate legislation is needed to allow women to become imams and pastors. Same legislation should also free hindu temples from government control and disslove or limit the powers of waqf boards. UCC will already limit powet of waqf boards but a broader legislation is needed to further this process ...

Assuming pakistan acted as simply a trade route to.china, even then any return on imveatment is unlikely simply because the trade route passes through the highest mountain chain in the world and the highest plateau in the world to connect the plains of pakistan and china - that will be anything but economical even in terms of transportation and operating cost...

Simce they could not bring law or order in the valley it is better to de.ote the state to a Union territory so that law enforcement is completely in the centre's hand.
