Try googling "kerala assembly ruckus k m mani" you will see such scenes . Right from jayalalithas saree being torn to this, there have been such dramatic instances in many legislative assemblies through the decades

@HariKrishna-lk5wx i am talking about 2 separate events, the first being the ruckus created by cpim to prevent finance minister k m mani from presenting the budget in the wake pf the bar corruption case and the solar scam. That happened a few years ago while the jayalalitha incident of being manhandled by male legislators in the floor of the assembly and her later taking an oath to enter the assembly only after becoming CM, that happened before 2000, in the 90s( i think). The only consistency i see is that this "manhandling" bullsilhit has happened across party lines, state assemblies and decades
