  2.  Samardeep singh  jay shah isnt the only example, you can find examples across most parties. The difference however is that parties with ideology grooms the next generation to achieve a ideological goal. If the son has good ability he will be absorbed into the party. If the son has no ability he will be discarded, because party and ideological goals are above everyone else. Only other party like that in India is the left in general and cpim specifically. The youngest mayor of India who is from Trivandrum is one such example. Is the practise wrong? It is wrong if nepotism gets in a way of party ideology and goals, lime in the case of pappu where he is the biggest achilles heel in INC.
