  1. If kashmir has truly moved on, then the resettlement of displaced hindus and reconstruction of demolished heritage sites in the region like the Marthand Sun temple seems to be the way forward. Moreover protection and promotion of minority communities in the state of jammu and kashmir (minorities in the state, not minorities in the country) is necessary to promote the spirit of "secularism" and counter "islamic fundamentalism". Eventually, reclamation of poJK could follow so that the fragmented region can be made whole again. I am sure kashmiris and pakistan will accept and move on after each of these steps too, seeing how they have accepted and moved on after the recent change in the status quo after the abrogation of article 370. Then we can have lasting peace.
