  1. I think listening to too much propaganda has rotted your brain. Access to education has improved drastically in India and is still improving by leaps and bounds. Gaps that need to be filled exist - like providing labratory facility and technical equipment for hands on training - but even now the average person can listen to the most technical topics in detail through programs like NPTEL.
