  3.  @Moscow_Will_Burn I live in London and was born and raised here. The only thing I disagree with is the massive difference in banding costs. I wonder why Wandsworth and Westminster are really cheap. Couldn’t be anything to do with the snouts in the trough MPs having second homes there could it??

  4.  @onetone4561 Sell up and stop moaning then. Fancy living in a near million pound terrace and continually walking around like you’ve been given a prostate exam by Pat Jennings. Look at the money places like Rutland pay. As for Kingston it’s in Surrey so not really in London even though it is a borough of the gaff.
