The current state of the NHS is down to 14 years of cuts by the Tories. The NHS was in a far better ( albeit not perfect ) state when Labour were in charge. Millions gone missing with people starting up fake companies to supply the UK in sub standard PPE has also caused more rot ( again caused by the Tories ) You are totally deluded if you think our health service will be “free” in any form with Nigel and Reform controlling it. That’s the next ploy. They duped all the thick/xenophobes with Brexit and made millions for their hedge funds in tax free countries and now want anyone who can’t afford one of their USA style insurance policies to pop their clogs so they don’t have to pay any pensions. Anyone else will be paying £££££££ just like in the states.
