  2. Taxi’s charge too much hence why Uber and other apps are taking jobs away. Rather travel in a proper black taxi but the fares are a piss take

  5. Taxi drivers are well over paid. I’ve got 3 mates with black cabs and they are all minted. Far too many mini cab drivers on the road that are now following suit and charging silly money for what is an unskilled job.

  7.  @eyesodd ”Far too many MINI CAB DRIVERS are following suit” Taxi drivers are a totally different job which you quite rightly said have to train for. MINI CAB drivers don’t. Unskilled job which providing you can pass the DBS check and the relevant council requirements anyone with a driving license can do.

  9. True story. I know 3 black taxi drivers and all are minted. One complained thru Covid that he only got a small bit of help but i reminded him that’s because he doesn’t declare everything being the true patriot he is😂
