  1. I think a front bencher is on well over 6 figures then add her expenses claims for last year at 180,000+ Then add her London home she apparently has and rents out over 10k each year. Train drivers pay for being in charge of a 250+ tonne train with over 1000 passengers on board is chicken feed. It’s about time the MPs from all parties get held to account with their snouts in the trough and family members getting paid 45k each to staple papers together 🖕🏼

  2. What happens if a bus breaks down? Yep they call the controller, tip everyone off and await to be rescued. Train driver has 12 months of training and continual refresher courses for procedure and defect handling as the driver is fully responsible for fault finding and rectifying any defects in the railway on top of dealing with over a 1000 passengers and 25,000vAC and 750VDC respectively. Two totally different jobs with pay packets to reflect them.
