@borisjohnson535 Or even better Boris. Be like the USA where utilities are sold at cost. One reason they have such nice lifestyles out there. Unfortunately thanks to nasty Tories they don't care about anyone other than their rich acquaintances. The general public are plebs. One reason we had to pay back the 20 million( in 1800s money) to the families of wealthy plantation owners which took us 183 years.

Not forgetting Martin that one of the richest Boroughs in the world has the lowest Council tax banding in the UK so they've just given themselves even more of our money with the Council tax refund!
