Phase 2 - after conning the silly people with more promises to protect borders even though it’s not impossible after phase 1 ( Brexit ) made us a third country and no longer having any legal means to send anyone back to any safe country the full closure of the NHS and instigate new health insurance plans starting at £500 a month hopefully getting as many people as possible to be sick just before any state pension is claimed thus diverting money into another dodgy schemes off shore bank… The end.
