  1. Bit of background. 21% of NHS staff are immigrants. When I had a near fatal heart attack the consultants came from Egypt, India, Nigeria and Italy. Dave and Wayne from Dagenham with their 1 gcse in Woodwork got caught in traffic on the A13 after spending too long in the bookies. Thank fk for foreigners. 👍
