@seamuspadraigsanders431 Because in Europe they have ignored the EU by planting in areas they were being subsidised for to leave in fallow and that the EU now want to wack tax on red diesel. Over here it’s all to do with loss of subsidies that the government promised to replace and the cost of imports and exports - all caused by Brexit. The only dumb people are the ones that didn’t listen after being told what would happen..
