3 guesses who votes for strike action Keith? A clue - it isn't Lynch..

@iaf010 You do realise that when a union strikes its because the members have voted to do so don’t you?
1
@simonshotter8960 That will only happen on your xbox simon.
1
The tory voters didn't seem to mind a year's socialism sitting in their garden rooms on newly printed money though.... When it suits.
1
I blame the education system. It all starts from they're..
1
If they ban strikes then ALL go sick on the same day.
1
No passenger drivers earn 70k. Total bollox.
1
He’s busy working hard to get Trumps new 9 hole pitch n putt spa resort in Jaywick.
1
@user-uy3bj9ue5c 94k
1
@joeblack8915 They weren’t MPs though
1
Yes Ben, most office bods won't last 6 months on the railway. No regular weekends or bank holidays off. No hour for lunch break with several fag breaks even if you don't smoke, no 9 to 5 regular times plus the 2 weeks of every year at Christmas. Then you have the bonuses of the private sector or the self employed where everything's wacked thru an accountant. All claimed back - cars, food, clothing, tools etc etc. Not forgetting peanut N.I. contributions. Thank god for us train drivers paying 40% tax keeping those private sector workers in the pub.
1
@colinbrown7305 The Tories got in with a massive majority on the promise that no more brown people would come here. A RW billionaire owned media gaslit all the silly people that couldn’t see thru the BS.
1
@aodhanmonaghan4664 We had 10 pubs near me and now it’s down to 1 thanks to the idiots that think they are patriots that voted for Brexit and the Tories then drive too the nearest Spoons and spend their money on cheap beer and microwaved food. Same goes for the butchers, greengrocers etc. I find it hilarious that all the Reform lot are now going on about supporting farmers when they sold them down the river in the referendum.
1
Maybe Dishy Rishi could claim back all furlough payments given those that are against socialism but sat at home for a year watching Netflix.
1
@Norfolkandchance886 Let them go then. Overpaid tossers.
1
Don’t get tea breaks on the railway unless you are a manager or office staff. 30 minutes UNPAID meal break Thats all.
1
Corbyn has always been a eurosceptic, one reason the unions advised their members to vote leave. You mentioned that he voted for bojo, do you have any links to back that up?
1
@D C You'll be voting for Reform then no doubt. A fully privatised NHS and bankrupt ( even more than now ) UK with a fantastic 20k allowance for everyone. Plus if you join up a life sized poster of Tice n Farage to hang on your wall.
1
@davidpryle3935 You can dress it up either way David but Brexit has been a complete fkup. Even your hero Mr Brown teeth has said so and we are all still awaiting his promise to leave the UK.
1
@joe94c You've more chance of Bojo remembering the names of his kids.
1
@Richard Gallagher Brexit such a success? Is that down to the latest “pork “ deal with South Korea or the wonderful “ control “ of our borders down in Kent - the lorry drivers piss stop of England??
1
@Smoggy 1964 Ukraine joined the EU the same time as Syria, shortly before the 60 million Muslims from Turkey were turned away at Gatwick and sent back to Rwanda.
1
Of course, but most european countries still own their manufacturing companies and don’t have to deal with the added costs of Brexit. If you think that hasn’t added costs then you need to give your head a wobble.
1
More 6 figure newsreaders on RW media going down the usual route of talking about who earns what with half the time ( as was proven) they get it wrong anyway. It still has the desired effect of winding the silly people up though. Look thru the comments and you will find the usual thick suspects that don't realise they have been gaslit.
1
No doubt there's plenty of mortgage free pensioners that are still worried about brown people taking jobs and homes, both of which they won't ever lose because it was all a load of bullshite anyway. This government is the fault of the North of England giving these toffs a massive majority. Keep clapping.
1
Socialism seemed to work for nearly 12 million when they sat in their gardens for best part of a year on ' free ' money. Only when it suits....
1
He just needs a pussycat

Oh, and the tories wouldn't be doing the same if the roles were reversed then?
1
Incoming - it will all be worse under Labour. 😂
1
Can't believe an elected MP compared the Main line railway to Docklands Light Rail and came out with the driverless train bollox. What a complete idiot. The people of Lincoln need drug and alcohol testing immediately.
1
Yes. Drivers and the rest of the railway went to work whilst office managers, staff, bankers and the rest of the underworked sat at home watching Netflix on free money for a year.
1
So trains don't run on Sundays then? If you work nights on the Underground you can work 10 nights on the trot so that would include a Sunday. Saturday and Sunday working has been on the rostas for years. Not sure what source you got your info from but it's wrong.
1
We've had that but the deluded lot were indoctrinated into voting for Brexit and giving the tories a huge majority. Funny that brexiteers consider themselves patriots. They should look the meaning of that word up...
1
Unfortunately, we are governed by selfish posh cnuts so this is what happens.
1
Good ol democracy..
1
You’ve been gaslit Jonathan. Junior Drs earning less than some people who work in Supermarkets. Take that 35% out of your noggin and look how much they’ve lost since the tories got into power.
1
No it’s not, all true.
1
Braverman blaming Khan when he wasn’t in charge when Theresa May got shot of 9,000 met plus the other 12,000 countrywide plod over a 6 year period is farcical. I’m surprised she never mentioned that Burglaries were at an all time low in 2020 as the country was all in lockdown…
1
@LILLYB8328 Unfortunately you can’t use the Labour council argument unless Labour were in central government Stacey, because we all know that the money is held back from the top, one reason a Labour London Mayor has to continually go cap in hand to keep the oldest running rail system in the world running. As for handing out hundreds of pounds I would much rather have my pound as strong as it was in 2015 (pre Brexit) and my monthly outgoings the same too. No point in the tories saying they are doing us a favour by giving us a few hundred quid to offset our crippling utility and food bills when we were all far better off before the tories decided to give People a vote on completely fecking the country up and promising no more brown people would be coming here!
1
11 million to replace the 178m from the EU. Brexit working for the village idiots up north in Dump on trent.
1
Boris was far worse.
1
I always thought that PFI was introduced by John Major. Wasn't he a tory?
1
People that voted for Brexit to stop immigration were easily led by the rich that made a fortune from leaving the EU. Proves that the tabloid readers are thick. Congratulations, you’ve made the UK even worse, be it immigration or added pressure on the cost of living. Go outside and clap yourself..
1
@user-lx1lu8qr7eBut if you want to stay longer then you need a visa and jump thru loads of hoops. That’s why people like Tommy 5 names went straight out to get a paddy passport because they realised what they lost after spending months telling all the easily led to vote for something that took your rights away.
1
@raphaelsainte-claire4861 That's because the increases are linked to RPI and will go up regardless. Everything goes up. It doesn't stay the same does it? You might not be happy but you can blame the idiots that voted for the tories & Brexit as they are the reason things are the way they are. Of course the government printing money to give to office workers and managers to sit at home all day for a year didn't help either.
1
@paulnutter1713 Those figures are probably geographical averages Paul. All my mates who work in London and the South East are earning far more than that but then I'd hazard a guess that property doesn't compare to prices down here. My mate was moaning when he was earning 5k a week at the new Spurs ground, mainly about eastern Europeans doing other work there. When I asked if 5k a week isn't enough he shrugged his shoulders. Another mate has just done a 3 month contract ( electrician) for 20k Bearing in mind they are all self employed so claim for everything and never actually pay what they should. It's all relative, I don't fall into the trap about being jealous about others wages. Good luck to them. As I've said if nurses had a decent union then they might be on far better money. The problem lays with working class people who go on about them yet keep voting tory. You couldn't make it up.
1
“We don’t need townies to tell us how to farm” just buy our produce. The most subsidised people in the country, no council tax on the land and up to 40% discount on any farm property, peanut Ni contributions and all the other relief on machinery etc And still moaning, go and blame all the Brexit voters that shafted you fella.
1
@leighlevene2603 If you bother to check the records Labour sent many more back than the Tories have. Record numbers coming in are the cause of the Brexit party - the same people you are going to vote for. Will you still be blaming Labour if Reform gets in then shuts down the NHS??
