  9. The problem I have with saying Rosenbaum was 'unarmed' is that he was hands on trying to take Kyle's gun. To ME, at that point he IS armed. Personally, if I'm armed and someone is trying to take my gun for me, there is only one, sole, single reason to do that: to use my gun ON ME, and I can't let that happen, nor should I have to. As I'm fond of saying, no one was killed by Kyle that night, but two people did forfeit their own lives through their own actions.

I had a book idea the other day as a joke, I was talking about an airstrike hitting our workplace and 'them' blaming it on a gas explosion with a obvious bomb crater then say 10x more people died than were there...which sparked the idea, what if a serial killer operated in a warzone and staged their victims in future airstrike targets they somehow know about, so missile hits building, the people who work there know like 5 people work there, but the report is that 26 people died in the strike, from the remains, and 21 of those were put there by the killer to get blowed up and not be murder victims.

  12. it's the same reason next door in MO we have some of the craziest cannabis laws because it was initiative petition by the people, which turned a constitutional Amendment that can never be repealed into a like 300 page law that we passed. So all those laws are now unchangable because it's IN our constuitution, we'd have to AMEND our state constitition to change possession limits, for example. WORST way to have done it. That was like a 300 page law you got to vote YES OR NO on, no pick and choose, all or nothing. I would have preferred just passing an amendment that was one sentence, the right of the people of Missouri to keep, use, sell cannabis is absolute, and the legislature will pass laws to implement it.
