  1. I love this way this is playing out, because guess what, The Queen approved it, so it's all good. You love living under a Monarchy, well, that means you're subject to the edicts of a MONARCH. Now that it goes against what you want you're upset, TOO BAD. The UK has no formal Constitution, and THAT is your problem!

The American perspective: This is like watching the somewhat estranged older brother you still mostly like despite your past differences go through a horrific divorce with a demonic wife we told you to never marry in the first place, and hell, even after the divorce is finalized 3 years ago she still won't leave!
