  1. The problem I have with saying Rosenbaum was 'unarmed' is that he was hands on trying to take Kyle's gun. To ME, at that point he IS armed. Personally, if I'm armed and someone is trying to take my gun for me, there is only one, sole, single reason to do that: to use my gun ON ME, and I can't let that happen, nor should I have to. As I'm fond of saying, no one was killed by Kyle that night, but two people did forfeit their own lives through their own actions.
