  2. That's like saying since Apple released the new iphone I don't like soup any more. Rick and Morty is a great show, and besides being animated I fail to see any connection whatsoever to South Park. Game of Thrones is amazing, but it didn't make The Walking Dead lose it's 'sharm' .

  3. He he, none of anything you mentioned have anything to do with why no one wants to go to Kansas. Those issues are about 30 points down on that list, far past "Flat" and "Boring".

  4. If they were going to do serialization, they could have just done all 10 shows at once in a few weeks during the summer, ran one each week and vacationed all season. No need to make a new episode weekly if the plot is already set and you're not going to take the chance to satirize current events that happened or may still be happening the week of airing.

  5. Especially if they're trying to stay current and relevant to events that may happen in the world. Serialized, you don't always have the flexibility to skewer or satirize something unexpected that may have just happened or even still be happening when the episode airs, which they are famous for.
