My mom and dad both abandoned me to adoption at birth, so why would I help someone else like them abandon some other child, and how f-ing dare some woman try to manipulate or coerce me to do that, f you. I've LIVED the life you're trying to impose on that kid, you think I want to be complicit in that? Helllllll no. That's my perspective. When I have kids they'll be my kids, because I don't want to raise a stranger like I was raised by strangers.
