  2. The fact she could walk on the leg after applying the tq probably means it wasn't needed in the first place. If it takes more than 30 seconds to apply and you're still conscious, it was probably not necessary.

As someone who lived their entire life in the country and surrounding small towns, crime is everywhere, there's no one to see it, no one wants to see it, and sure a few idiots get caught, but most don't.
