  2. UNLESS the guy grabs your shotgun with the intent to use it on you. At that point it's DUAL POSSESSION and BOTH of you are acting in self-defense. If Arbury was alive, he'd be convicted on one of those same felony aggravated assault charges right now.

  3. At least now the murderous rioting will be toned down, it'll be celebratory mass riots, not angry not-mostly peaceful mass casualty riots. Hopefully no one celebrating this 'win' sees a parade on the drive home.

  5. You see citizens arrests thousands of times every day in the US. They're called 'police', and they're civilian citizens. Were they not civilian citizens, then they'd be an internationally recognized uniformed armed force subject to international law, the Geneva Conventions, and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. They are not, therefore they are civilians, citizens just like all others. It amazed me they don't teach you kids this in school anymore.
