  1. No one is glad this is happening, but everyone should be upset this was allowed to happen through multi-level mismanagement of the State. And that problem seems to just be getting worse. After the lessons of the last historic fire event, it seems nothing was learned, and now we have the current historic fire event. At some point you go from feeling bad for the state to just feeling disappointed
