Crazy thing is, for all we know she may have had sex with someone before that car crash, so when she was going on about "That officer raped me, his semen is inside me!" and they'd do a hospital exam and actually FIND fluids, at that point it would be on HIM to prove nothing happened. Of course there's all the video, but they'd have to do DNA tests, there would be whole investigation, probably a suspension while that happened, and then the press gets involved and their names are out there, it would be a nightmare.
