  11. I run a water utility, insanely stressful. I DREAM about being a stay at home father, it's like being off every day. When I was on covid lockdown, couldn't leave my 100 acre farm for 10 days, it was heaven. I worked way harder than at work AND IT WAS MORE REWARDING because all my work was for and benefitted ME, not my thousands of whiny customers like at work. I'm a man, cleaning my whole house and doing my dishes and laundry, and cooking for a week, that's a lazy afternoon. Then I run a 5k. I can't have some lazy layabout wife, there's farm work to do.

I see other cities hiring for my job offering $35-$40/hr starting and still getting no one applying. The don't care what gender or skin color you are as long as you have that water treatment license.
