  1. That's assuming those assets actually exist AND are worth what they claim. What if those assets have depreciated or even collapsed themselves? What if they were fugazi to start with? What if those assets were stocks that have dipped as part of the collapse they are there to weather?

  2. Meanwhile if I'd put $1000 in Bitcoin a decade ago it would be worth over $20 million in 2023...multi-thousand-percent return rate. But no that's too risky, no, stick with banks that collapse every decade or so.
