@conservativeriot5939 WAIT A SECOND, hell no you're not getting away with that, if the price of his car and his criminal history are irrelevant, THEN SO IS HIM BEING A BLACK MAN.
If that becomes irrelevant, this ceases to be a story. I've been more violently arrested in the past as a white man, for not even doing anything at the time, I just had an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court. I've also done WAY worse traffic crimes, BLATANTLY, in front of an officer, and kept my cool and got a warning, thanks to knowing a little bit of law from the famous ACLU how to get pulled over video.
Not once did he follow any of their advice.
All attention is good attention though, he turned a $100 minor traffic ticket into GLOBAL news, so he's profiting immensely. Billions in free media.

The FIRST thing you should always be saying to that officer, before ANYTHING, "Officer, can I ask why you stopped me?" You need that articulable suspicion right up front, you MAKE that officer directly accuse you of a crime, otherwise we're done. No articulable suspicion, I'm asking if I'm free to leave.
I've gotten pulled over before, street racing, triple digits on the interstate, crowded traffic, passed a cop, he stopped me. LIVID, I saw him pop his holster thumb break when he jumped out, and when I asked him "Can I ask why you pulled me over" he was so shocked and pissed he jumped back almost into interstate traffic....and then gave me a WARNING.
He was in a admin car, no radar gun, he didn't pace me, what was he going to say in court, the suspect was going 'fast'? And the guy I was racing he let go, so?
He did make me hand him my car keys, take my sunglasses off, and told me to put both hands THROUGH the steering wheel and both palms flat on the dash while he ran my info, and lectured me about the interstate not being my personal race track and these are REAL people in these other cars, not obstacles, and sent me on my way to finish my drive to work lol.

No you see that past experience EXPLAINS and JUSTIFIES his actions in this traffic stop, he was oppressed by the police in the past for his crimes, so now he's in fear of getting caught I mean in fear of the police oppressing him more. In his super car. With his 7 figure salary.
They're traffic cops, ALL THE WANT IS YOUR MONEY, and you have so much you won't miss it, so why act a fool?
He should have been like Jordan Belfort on his yacht, here you go cops, starts shoveling $100s out the window, pay my ticket, get you and your wife and girlfriends something nice from me, let me get to work. Fun coupons I think he called those $100s.
