" Exactly, and when someone says "Hey other men who are not my boyfriend, grab me physically and intimately play with me, stranger..." while ignoring the BF, that's not saying something, that's an ACTION. What if what you want to do is start taking what people say seriously because they are ACCOUNTABLE for what they say? Is that OK, do all humans have your permission to do that? To not be a doormat?

I'm constantly told that I'm weak because I only DL 315lbs. That's a STARTING WEIGHT for someone your age, they'd day. 315 is for high school kids. The same people can't run a mile, much less the 3 a day I do lol.

If you drop the bar, it's a fail. The complete movement is only halfway done at the lift. The controlled lower is the second half. It's easy to DL 315lbs, I do it every week, but it's a bigger challenge to properly LOWER that weight. If I make a SOUND, I don't count the rep. Get on my level.

Meanwhile, I'm over here doing 5x5 at 225 with a set at 315 usually 3 times a week and no one cares lol.
