  1. I'm 40, haven't inherited yet but it's all in my name. 100 acres of property, neighbors sold half as much for 2 million last year, so yeah on paper I'm a millennial millionaire. It's way cooler to have my 100 acres paid off free and clear compound in the country than a pile of cash to be honest. I'll never be homeless or have to pay for a home, that's a massive advantage, huge safety net.
