  3. My rule today is I'm not dating unless I'm single and available. As in I'm not talking to tons of women, I'm not f-ing around randomly. I'm waiting for a good one, and she'll need to also be single and available. Competition is for the entire OUTSIDE world, I don't want to compete in my safe zone.

  7.  @erinobrien8793  There is a HUGE difference and that difference is COMMUNICATION. Go out with me, OR let me buy you dinner are TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. If a sales rep at my workplace says lets go to lunch, I'm assuming I'M paying for me, unless he says let ME take you out to lunch, MY TREAT, or Let me buy you lunch. Payment expectations should be setup upfront AND assumptions should be DISPELLED. Like homie said in that first clip, if I'm not getting any, and you said I'm not, why would I pay to feed you? A romantic date with no romance is just eating with a stranger, it's kind of a waste of HIS time. Be goal oriented, have intention.

  8. Right now, today, give me $1 million dollars, I make ONE single stock transaction, it'll pay you $70,000 per YEAR in dividends, free regular income, for life. It'll even increase gradually. With that in mind it's insane to me anyone with that level of capital could go broke or even need to work. If you can't just chill on $70k/year for NO EFFORT, with a million dollar backup, you're just lost.

  9. If you could get by on $35k of that, the other $35k could go back into a different investment and compound into interest. Now your money is making money on the money that your money made. This needs to be taught in schools. I have a degree in math, and it's never been useful for actual science, it's far more useful for finance.

  11. Which makes me wonder, am I actually attractive and don't know it? Because last weekend I was out and about, and in two separate occasions, different locations, a younger woman opened a door for me, I thanked them, they told me I was welcome. Neither was anything I'd look twice at, but it was a change of pace.

"Hey, I invited Tony to the thing tonight..." "Aw, really, he's kind of a dick, brah!"   13. And it's a terrible feeling to pass on a tempting other option because you like the one you're with, only for her to later cheat on you. It's like passing on a better job out of loyalty to your current job, then they downsize fire you.
