  1. True. I just realized the other day I'd passed the milestone of 39 years plus 3 months, so it's now officially mathematically impossible for me to be a father by 40 like was my goal. Time to reassess, new goal is family by 50, should be doable.

  4. The problem is the redefining of terms has fucked things up so bad. A zoomer I worked with almost caused our office to implode because I messaged a coworker about work...he asked me if I was 'Talking' with this married female coworker...I'm a millennial, so I reply, "Yeah, of course I talk to her, I talk to most of my coworkers, duh"....and before I know it he's telling everyone I'm fucking all the people I work with! It got real confusing as her husband has the same name as me as well lol. That was all fun to explain. These days, girlfriend is like half a step up from FWB, and as I see it a zero commitment status.
