  1. I grew up that way and my sisters are keeping it alive. The simplest meal, knowing someone made it and went out of their way to get it to you makes it taste the best. Recent example, I griped in our group chat I had to work late, out of nowhere older sis says she made slow cooker beans and ham, and she'll bring me some IF I can wait for her to make fresh cornbread to go with it...uh, YEAH, do all that. If it was me that's not a meal I'd choose normally, but it was tasty and it made me FEEL better knowing someone cared enough to do that. That's what modern stranger women are competing with. If she doesn't love me as good as or better than my own family already does, why the fuck would I invite her to join the family as my wife? That would be stupid, that would be a detriment.

  3. My sister and her husband are like that, I've heard them play the game 'Married or gay' all the time about locals, 'So and so, is he married, has he ever been married? He's how old? Ok so gay...'

  4. I had a coworker try to set me up with a friend of his wife and break up their 'unhappy' marriage she was 'trapped' in. That chick was my half-sister. Quite embarrassing, and quite a surprise she's telling people she's unhappy in her marriage, because outwardly they're social media madly in love. Now, she's not a half-sister I know all that well, we're not close, but we do have the same father so not interested in dating lol.

  6. I had a friend, she was a stay at home mom, her husband traveled for work climbing communication towers. They had a somewhat open relationship. One night, her and her friend and I were hanging out, things led to things, I banged her friend in front of her, they both participated. Then she wanted her turn, I'm not all that attracted to her so I turned her down. You can see my mistake. Next time I came by I was met at the door by her husband who I was good friends with. He told me I'd offended her, and she never wanted me around again. I asked him straight up, "Are you telling me that because I wouldn't bang your wife while you were out of town, I'm kicked out of the house?" He replied "Yep, that's exactly what's happening, and you really pissed her off." Found out after that the reason it pissed her off is I was the ONLY young guy around who did say no to her easy lay and that bothered her. Weirdos.

  12. I go one step further, if she's not interested in having MY kids, why would I even deal with her, there's no future there. That makes them crazy. I don't even want to bang you if there's no reason to do it other than getting off. It's just playing house, I want to build a House.
