The court granted her the restraining order....for a day until his attorney showed the court the house was solely in his name, so they slapped HER with a restraining order, BUT since she claimed he 'threatened' their kids, they gave her custody temporarily BUT she was HOMELESS now, so THE STATE took their kids to foster care, together they had to spend tons of money, counseling, interviews, supervised visits, for EITHER of them to get their kids back at all. Now they're back to living together like nothing even happened.

I was forced away from my bio dad, lied to that he wanted nothing to do with me, then later I found out FROM HIS KIDS HE ADOPTED AFTER ABANDONING ME it was my adoptive parents lying to me, he always wanted to know me, an was blocked. By the time I new this he was dead and that was stolen from me. I can't trust anyone ever again. That's what THAT does, that's what having fun and getting off does. If I was a woman I'd DEMAND a DNA test for any kid I had for legal reasons, I'd want the father to be proven on record as the father for my own protection. BARE MINIMUM if you care at-fing-all you have to get that kid tested for GENETIC DISEASE AT BIRTH. The earlier you find anything that could pop up the better you can address it. The idea of it even being possible that I doom another person to live the life I have just to bust a nut, I'd end myself. As far as I can determine, my 16 year old bio dad was an adopted foster kid OF AN ADOPTED FOSTER KID, so the cycle ends with me no matter what. I'm doing it right or not at all, so I don't even talk to women I can't see as a wife. My life's goal is to NOT have bastard kids. I'd like some kids of my own though.

I was never ALLOWED to know my birth dad, and it fucked me up permanently despite being raised by a great adoptive father. I WANTED THE CHOICE EITHER WAY, and that was KEPT from me by those closest to me, and made it impossible for me to ever trust anyone. The legal system disagrees but in my mind her not immediately telling the father is a capital offense, it's basically murder of that child's future and potential.
