  2. Getting with several women was a great education, it taught me they all feel mostly the same lol, same product, so instead choose based on the packaging you like. Ford, Dodge, Chevy, they'll all 'pull your trailer' the same so pick the one with the looks and options you want and can afford.

  3. I was 307lbs June 2021. I was 175 June 2023. I'm 178 Sept 2024. You can do it. My tips? Carnivore, keto, and medical cannabis. Eat less move more. A lb of fat is 3500 calories, so do the math. I kept a 500-600 calorie deficit for two years.

  5. I thought I was doing real bad not getting laid until 19 back in 2003 lol. I knew guys that age with multiple kids already. Hell I graduated high school in 2002, shout-out class of 9/11, just turned 41 myself, and many of my classmates are posting their pics of their kids graduating high school now. Crazy.

  6. My advice to him on that point is some hard won knowledge from an abusive childhood: Let other people's problems be their problems. Someone can't stand you, what's that got to do with YOU? That's their issue. I'm leading, they have a problem they're not going to keep up anyway so it's a self-solving problem to me

  8. My libido was supposed to drop at 40? I'm in better shape than in high school and way hornier now lol. I guess there was a bit of a drop lol, I reduced to once a day for a while. Start taking zinc every day, you'll vastly improve. Losing 150lbs and adding 300lbs to my deadlift helps too

  11. What you should have done is happily copped to it, of course you were staring, you were so depressed she's so hot but you're too good for her...tell her that. I like you a lot but I think I want more. She'll either leave or stay, and remember you don't care either way so no matter what you already won. Adopt that mindset, that no matter what happens, you've already won regardless of outcome.

Lost 130lbs, and ended up feeling embarrassed a lot of the time from all the compliments I got from people, and that's when I learned that if YOU don't believe their compliment yourself it feels like the complimenter is mocking you. I don't FEEL skinny, so when someone exclaims wow you got so skinny! To me I hear why is this person lying to me, are they making fun of me? When YOU believe the compliment, when it aligns with your image of yourself, THEN its a powerful help.
