When I was in college in the mid-2000s into the 2010s, EVERYONE and EVERYTHING was hyper-depressed and stressing about CLIMATE CHANGE, OH NOES by 2025 there won't BE a planet! Oh look we're still here and things are fine, so that was a mistake.

In the past that was WHY you did that, according to my parents who grew up in the 40s. You didn't know if you were going to survive so why not have a good time with friends and bang whoever you want regardless of the consequences, we could be dead tomorrow so so what? The more you're struggling the more you seek out hedonistic pleasures to distract from it. I'm the opposite of this, I'm sitting pretty, I'm TOO wealthy to date or have friends in this current system, I'll get raped by them somehow for what I have lol.

Take this info into your calculus on this subject: During all the lockdowns, the STD rate went UP or stayed stable in the US. I expected it would plummet as people stayed home and didn't have access to banging randos, but the rando bangers did not disappoint.

THE DIFFERENCE is to us that could NOT be away in 2020, if you had a REAL job like I did, I worked 2x as hard in 2020 and every day since, BECAUSE everyone like this guy got to sit on their ass and take a year off. No masking, no vaxx in my job, couldn't risk losing us. Water treatment. I had a letter I carried with me at all times from DHS that would let me bypass any roadblock, lockdown, or gas/food line because I was a privileged critical worker.

Watching the news say the hospitals were overwhelmed, while my mother died of a minor infection in a hospital that was FUCKING EMPTY the entire time we were there "just in case" they needed it for 'overflow' killed my belief in our system. And she died from being denied medical care because it was not covid related. THEN the hospital held onto her body for MONTHS because her doctor refused to sign the death cert, they wanted covid on it for the PAYOUT, she tested negative so he could not go along with it.

These kids lol, I can say that now that I'm 41.... I sat and watched the WTC collapse live on CNN as an 18 year old high school senior, THAT is when the world and future I saw ended, this is all still off the chart. Covid was a blip compared to 9/11.
