  1. Just says to me he wanted to heap on. If I was asking that question, it would be to ask why ELSE I can pile on ABOVE the initial charge. I hear that ALL the time in bodycam video, "So what ELSE can we ALSO charge him with?" It's called being pencil whipped. It's why you don't be a dick, ever, to anyone, especially people you count on, like server and your local utilities.
