I enjoy Chick-Fil-A because I used to be a fast food manager, overworked and understaffed, and every time I go to a CFA there's 50 mofos working in that restaurant, and that line of 100 cars in the drive thru is cleared in maybe 10 minutes, it's insane the throughput they have. I remember nights at my old job, 20 cars in the Hardee's drive thru, and it was me and one teenager running the whole thing, miserable, running at crack-speed trying to keep up, we didn't have a staff of 20 lol.

  2. Here's the bottom line on tipping: Do you want some % of something, or 100% of the NOTHING I'll spend if you demand tipping? I'm willing to pay for the food, but if you get too entitled you get 100% of zero.
