  1. I will add an example, one of the men that works for me is a volunteer firefighter along with his wife. She can haul a charged line in full turnout gear like the men if she NEEDS to, but her main job is running all the admin stuff in the firehouse, because that's what she does in her day job, she's an office manager. We all bring needed skills to what we do, everyone can provide some value. She also does 'womanly' stuff too, like sometimes she'll just drop by our workplace and bring food for her husband and the rest of us, because it's a nice thing to do and she was thinking of us. You take care of others and they'll take care of you, that's how a COMMUNITY is supposed to work. Her husband is in his 50s and has health problems so he's not one of the men running into a fire anymore, he is the expert guy that drives and runs the trucks at a fire to provide water.
