  2. SAME. I loved my job when I was lead plant operator. As plant manager it's NONE of the job that I loved, and everything I hate doing. When I started, I was like this is GREAT, no dealing with the public, working mostly alone, zero people to supervise, and no dealing with money. Guess what the f I do NOW, supervise people, go to meetings, file paperwork, do budget stress shit, and endlessly get shit from the public. I got a $2/hr raise to take that on and went from 4 days a week to 5. After 9 years here I'm looking for the exit.
