  1. And that's why they're SO worried, as this last election showed, they're losing their positioning as the trusted middleman. I don't need a news channel to report on what someone said, to parse it, to tell me what they really said, how to interpret it, I can just watch this person speak directly, for HOURS on end, and make my own judgement. I was skeptical of JD Vance, and if I'd just watched the MSM, even complementary outlets, I'd have probably opposed him, but then I watched him converse on Rogan for three hours with no censorship, no agenda, no soundbites, and I really related to him. It's like the difference between reading a dating app profile and going on an actual date lol.
