  3. I have 5 sisters, all strong, independent women in the unironic sense. As in as a man I have to work to keep up with them, and they don't let me forget it, but I also don't let them forget they're women lol. As a brother I have a lifelong commitment to them, to torture them lol, and to keep anyone else from doing so lol. Jokes aside, if a woman is truly independent that's sexy as hell because it means she's going to ask me out and be easy to date, because true independence is ignoring society. None of them are feminists because feminism was the groupthink. Hookup culture was the groupthink, so they're all married in decades-long marriages.Don't have kids early was the groupthink, so they had kids early. Men do want a woman that wants them, to me that's THE main factor, but true independence makes that worth so much more, because being wanted by someone because they WANT you rather than NEED you, that's so much better. I appreciate the affection of someone not dependent or wanting something far more than agenda-based action.

  5. Damn what crazy place did you live? I live in a state where the age of consent is 17, and it was a major REGIONAL scandal when a 17 year old Senior at my high school was DATING a TEACHER in her 20s. But it was legal so no one could stop it, and she was elementary so no conflict of interest...they showed up to campus together every day. Outside of that if you were REAL adventurous a Senior would date an underclassman, that was seen as untoward. Missouri, class of 2002, and after 9/11 everyone hoed out, because we were faced with death. A lot of us started smoking and getting high that year because terrorists could kill you 30 seconds from now at anytime, so let go.

I'm a good woman, I do a good job managing all the things you don't manage in your life, the woman things, because you're not a woman, but luckily I am, and together we make a team that can cover all the bases". Just that mindset alone I'm proposing on date two lol. Which means I'll never get married.

  8.  @dark_paradise27  more traumas BUT also the time to work them out. Younger men have far more traumas today, because unlike we 39 year olds, they've been through more. I never knew stress until I was like 25 lol. Modern life is 1000x more stressful than early 2000s life.

And if you turned that line of questioning around/reversed the genders, you MIGHT get a few of his friends being like "Are you sure man, big changes real fast, bro..." but most will just respond "she's how old?...what's that like....niiiiiiceeee", and move on. It's always crazy to me how advice-y women are to one another. With guys it's like "naw I won't say that, that's mean" or straight up 'who does this guy think he is with his idiot advice, I'm not doing that, that sounds retarded' while women are like 'I SHOULD break up with him for no reason like clarissa said to see what happens...who cares about this other real person I'm toying with?"

  16. What % of household expenses does each partner have? It's in the name, partner. BOTH are 100% responsible for the bills, because if you cohabitate you become one person for all intents and purposes. The power company doesn't give a fuck who's name is on the account, only that it's unpaid. I work for a water utility, when I get a shutoff order I don't even get a customer name, just an address and a non-payment shut off and lock order. The bank gives not a fuck WHO isn't paying the mortgage, just that it's unpaid. IT DOESN'T MATTER who's fault something is, the blame is irrelevant, all your household knows is the power is off and the kids can't take a bath.

  19. I can't imagine moving in with a woman in the first few years, much less getting married under 5. I was with my first, and only, real relationship at 21, year later I proposed. Two years later she cheated and left me. Now Im 39, that still feels like yesterday, and I'm not sure what to do with life.
