  11. I've had my channel since 2007, and I have no clue how to even look at that metric. I didn't even know watch hours was a thing. Edit: ok, they didn't even have watch time until 2012, so minus those first FIVE YEARS I currently have 8,600 watch hours on my channel, but only 294 subs. All I'd really care about it getting to 1000 subs for the sole reason I could then livestream from a mobile device.

If someone really wanted to pull off some 'event' they actually made it the perfect environment...shooter dresses up as a cop and just walks right in, lost in the crowd of security, completely invisible until they act. I say we start the tax at 95%, and go up like half a percent every 2 or 3 years. If your income involves sexual content, you get an additional tax of 50% of that 5% you were getting to keep.   27. I'm not in the partner program, I have monetization turned OFF, I do not and never have had a AdSense account. My channel videos have had ads for YEARS already. This is nothing new. Even demonitized videos run ads, youtube keeps and always has kept all the money. It's been that way at least 6-8 years for me, catch up.

  39.  @blinkybill2198  I've thought about that using this thought experiment: say Aliens arrived on earth, and they have a basic understanding of English from tv broadcasts, but some everyday idioms they have trouble with. One day they ask you "What is this 'n-word' phrase we keep seeing? What does that mean, what IS this n-word?". How can you explain to them, who have zero concept of the term or its history, without using said word? To them it's just a word. It has no connotations, no cultural significance, no social stigma or shame or concern attached to it, so they would be very confused. Why do you have a word in your language you don't or won't or cannot use? it's a fascinating question academically.
